What it is
A full-stack task app for individuals and small teams. Sign in, work in personal or team spaces, move work across Kanban columns, leave comments, and manage tasks end to end — the kind of product surface you expect from a real productivity tool.
Why it exists
I wanted portfolio work that proves shipping, not just UI mockups: authentication, a real database, CI, and a public deploy. This project is that practice run — UI, API, Postgres, Docker, and a multi-provider deploy in one arc.
How it works
React talks to a Node API backed by PostgreSQL. JWT covers personal and team access. Boards handle task flow; comments live on tasks. The SPA deploys to Vercel, which proxies API and Socket.IO calls to a Dockerized API on a self-managed VPS, backed by Neon Postgres.
