What it is
A Telegram bot (@sahamku_id_bot) for IDX traders: automated pre-market and after-market reports, rule-based technical signals (golden/death cross, RSI, breakout, MACD, Bollinger squeeze), a query-DSL screener, sector rollups, price/RSI alerts, and a conversational /ask command that answers stock questions grounded in that day's live indicators, signals, and news.
Why it exists
Retail traders drown in indicators with no context. Rule-based signals give transparent, explainable triggers instead of a black box, and /ask lets someone ask a plain question and get an answer grounded in real data — the model's system prompt instructs it to use only the numbers provided and never issue buy/sell orders (a prompt-level constraint, not a guaranteed output filter).
How it works
Python long-polling bot (aiogram) with SQLite for OHLCV history, signals, and alerts. A scheduler runs ingestion and report jobs on a market-hours cadence, computing indicators and a weighted rule score. A batch pipeline classifies news sentiment via LLM with structured JSON output and a regex fallback for truncated responses. /ask assembles a context block from the DB and sends it to a swappable LLM provider (Claude or Groq) behind a strict grounding system prompt, with short-term conversation memory. Deployed via Docker on a self-managed VPS.
